We provide a range of services but do not really sell you any goods. This means that if we do some work for you the time and effort involved cannot be recouped.

"It is a bit like asking the taxi driver to reverse because you did not quite have enough money to cover the fare."

However, if you cancelled before we had visited or started doing some work for you then we have the following policy.

If it is a clear 7 days before, then I am sure we can find something else to do with the time so there is no cancellation fee.

If it were less than seven days, which includes weekends and public holidays, then our cancellation fee would be a percentage of the fee we quoted you and be based on when you cancelled, as follows:

    . 5 to 7 days before 10%
    . 2 to 4 days before 50%
    . The day before 90%
    . On the day 100%

We will halve these cancellation fees if you just want to reschedule.

If you have have already paid us by using PayPal then we get charged by PayPal for using them. We would therefore first subtract PayPal's charges and then apply the above cancellation fees, to the outstanding balance. The difference between the amount you paid us less both the PayPal charges and the cancellation fee would then be paid back to you.
